Joe Baron

Joe Baron, Chef Patron at Sauce is a creative chef passionate about his food. He has spent much time traveling and exploring different cultures cuisines and spent a year in Spain, which has heavily influenced his food. “Living in Spain I became hooked on the Mediterranean way to eat and cook... Simple, gutsy, unfussy food with the best quality ingredients” He is quick to add that he is passionate about food from many different nations especially our own and feels strongly about local produce and using it when it tastes best, in its own season.

Fresh from spending a year at the prestigious Tuddenham Mill hotel part of the Agelus group Joe is ready to bring something different to the table for outside catering in this area. “What I learnt at Tuddenham Mill working under someone like Gordon Mcneill was priceless he is an inspiration”
